Ujwal, as a practitioner with a specialization in Environmental Design, strives to build a collaborative environment in the studio for exploring and experimenting with various nuances of the practice.

Following his bachelors from C.A.T in 2016, Ujwal started his own architecture practice under the name Urban Ants. In 2020, he pursued his masters in Environmental Design from CET, Trivandrum. His interest lies in working on projects in challenging terrains that experiment with climate responsiveness, materiality, and lighting design. As an enthusiast of practical architecture, Ujwal looks for opportunities to experiment with new formats of volumes and materials. The creative use of these tools to employ basic architectural functions like lighting, ventilation, and thermal comfort is of special interest to him.
