Aishwarya is an Urban Planner and Civil Engineer with a multi-disciplinary outlook at education. Her academic interests include Transportation, GIS, Sociology and Pedagogy.

After obtaining her undergraduate degree from CET, Trivandrum, she spent a year working as a Project Engineer at an infrastructure engineering startup, wherein she developed an interest in human scale development. She then pursued her Masters in Urban Planning from the National University of Singapore (NUS). During her time there, she gained valuable exposure in pedagogical research and GIS. Since 2021, she has been working as an Assistant Professor at the  C.A.T.
